How TechBoot approaches practical business technology problems, product execution, operations, and growth.
TechBoot is a technology services and business consulting firm based in Northern New Jersey. I started it near the end of 2011 because I wanted to combine hands-on technical experience with the operating lessons that come from working inside larger corporate organizations.
The useful work usually lives between strategy and execution. A business may know something is not working, but still need help diagnosing the real problem, choosing the right tradeoffs, and getting the plan into motion.

The operating bias
I prefer practical progress over theater. That usually means starting with the business problem, understanding the people and constraints around it, and then choosing a technical path that can be supported after the initial project is done.
